These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made via the official webshop of Dimora, a brand of L’Albero Storto – Agricosmetica & Farm Lab,  located at Via Roma 10, 18035 Apricale (IM), Italy.

By placing an order you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. PRODUCTS

All skincare products offered under the Dimora brand and sold via this webshop are legally produced and marketed by L’Albero Storto. L’Albero Storto is the responsible person, manufacturer, and seller of record in accordance with EU Cosmetic Regulation (EC) 1223/2009.

Orders placed via this webshop are contracts directly with L’Albero Storto.

All product contents, formulations, and cosmetic claims are based on documentation maintained by L’Albero Storto and its authorized laboratories. Products undergo the required third-party testing for safety, stability, and quality under EU law.

3. ORDERS & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT and shipping. Payments must be made immediately upon checkout using iDEAL or credit card. No additional transaction fees apply.

4. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days after receiving the product, provided the product is unopened and unused. Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

5. USE & RESPONSIBILITY

All products are intended for external use only and are not medical treatments. A patch test is recommended before use. You are responsible for checking ingredients and ensuring compatibility with your skin.

L’Albero Storto cannot be held liable for allergic reactions, misuse, or adverse effects unless caused by proven negligence.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the Dimora website, including text, product names, product descriptions, imagery, and design is the intellectual property of L”Albero Storto, unless otherwise credited. It may not be copied, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

7. FORCE MAJEURE

We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by circumstances beyond our control (e.g. natural disasters, strikes, pandemics, transport disruptions).

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the extent permitted by applicable law, L’Albero Storto’s liability in connection with the Dimora brand is strictly limited to direct damages arising from a proven defect in the product as delivered.

  • In no event shall liability exceed the total purchase price of the product in question, except where mandatory law requires otherwise.
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of income, emotional distress, reputational harm, or personal injury, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
  • Any claim must be raised within two (2) months of discovering the defect.

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions shall exclude or limit your statutory rights under Dutch or EU consumer protection law.

9. MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions. The latest version will always be available on our website and applies to all subsequent purchases.

10. COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE

If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@dimora.skin. We will acknowledge your message within 5 working days and aim to resolve the issue within 14 days.If unresolved, you may escalate your complaint to the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

11. AGE RESTRICTIONS

You must be at least 18 years old to make a purchase through our webshop.

12. LEGAL JURISDICTION

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless otherwise required by EU consumer protection law.
