We currently ship only to addresses in the Netherlands via DHL For You. We’re a small company, and we focus on doing things well. Orders are processed and sent from our local distribution partner.

1. Delivery

Orders are typically delivered within 1–3 business days after shipment. You’ll receive a track & trace link when your order is dispatched. We will also notify you when the order is packed.

2. Shipping costs

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT and shipping.

All orders are delivered via DHL For You within the Netherlands.

4. Packaging

Your order is packaged with care and shipped in protective materials.

5. Damaged, incomplete or incorrect Orders

• Report quickly: Email us at info@dimora.skin within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

• Resolution: If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, we will replace the product(s) or issue a full refund at no extra cost.

• Return packaging: If a return is required, please package the items securely to prevent further damage.

• Refund timing: Refunds for returned items are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the product.

6. Cancelling & Returning Your Purchase (14-Day Withdrawal)

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

• How to request: Notify us by email at info@dimora.skin with your name, address, order number, and the product name. You may also use the official EU model withdrawal form.

• Return condition: For hygiene reasons, only unopened and unused products in their original packaging can be returned.

• Return window: Once approved, you must return the product(s) within 14 days.

• Return costs: Return shipping is at your own expense, unless the product was damaged or incorrect on arrival.

• Refund timing: Refunds are made within 14 days after we receive and inspect the returned items, to the original payment method.

7. Return address

You can return the packages to Nel Petersstraat 128, 6663 RT Lent. Returns must be securely packaged by the customer to prevent damage in transit. Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
