Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, and you’ll receive a Track & Trace link from DHL as soon as your package is on its way.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at info@dimora.skin within the 14-day window. Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll refund your payment.

C1: Apply to damp face, massage gently, and rinse with warm water. Wild thyme and hawthorn remove impurities and excess oil, leaving the skin fresh and clean.
S1: Apply 2–3 drops to cleansed face and pat gently. Wild citronella and azelaic acid help refine pores and control oil.
F1: Dab gently around the eye area. Green tea and cucumber refresh and reduce puffiness.
F3: Massage onto face and neck after the eyes contouring. Lemon balm and lavender hydrate while maintaining a matte finish.
C1: Use as in the morning to remove daily impurities and excess oil.
S3: Apply 3–4 drops to clean skin and pat gently. Mimosa hydrosol and licorice ferment calm and repair overnight.
F1: Use as in the morning to cool and repair the delicate eye area.
F3: Massage into the face and neck after the eyes contouring.

How should I store the product?
Keep your product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Close the lid tightly after each use to protect its natural actives.
What is the shelf life of the product?
Once opened, each product is best used within 12 months. Unopened, the shelf life is typically 18 months. You’ll find the symbol on the label for easy reference.
How do I know when the product was made?
Each product has a batch number on the bottom of the package. This code tells you exactly when it was crafted and bottled in our lab.
Are the products vegan?
Yes. All DIMORA products are 100% vegan. We never use animal-derived ingredients. All products contain the VeganOK BIODIZINARIO approved certification.
Are the products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We never test on animals and do not work with suppliers or markets that require animal testing. All products contain the VeganOK BIODIZINARIO approved certification.
Are all the ingredients of natural origin?
Nearly all of our products contain over 90% natural ingredients. Some ingredients are not 100% natural. But always carefully chosen. We use a small percentage of safe, nature-derived or nature-identical substances like preservatives or emulsifiers. To ensure stability, safety, and performance. Every ingredient meets the strict standards set by bodies such as ECOCERT and COSMOS, and supports our promise: clean, effective, and respectful to skin and nature.
How do I choose between the Essential and Full routine set?
The Essential Set includes the foundational steps, cleanse, treat, and moisturize. With carefully selected formulas that support a simplified routine for both day and night.
The Full Routine offers a complete, step-by-step regimen with dedicated products for each moment of the day. The evening formulas differ from those in the Essential Set, introducing additional actives to support skin health on multiple levels.
