how to use
Step 1
Cleanse & prepare: Gently cleanse your face and eye area to remove any makeup or residue. Pat dry with a soft towel to create a fresh base for absorption.
Step 2
Apply with care: Dispense a small amount of the fluid onto your ring finger. Tap delicately along the orbital bone, from inner to outer corner, without pulling the skin.
Step 3
Let it absorb: Allow the lightweight texture to melt into the skin. Use morning and evening before applying your face serum or cream.

How should I store the product?
Keep your product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Close the lid tightly after each use to protect its natural actives.
What is the shelf life of the product?
Once opened, each product is best used within 12 months. Unopened, the shelf life is typically 18 months. You’ll find the symbol on the label for easy reference.
How do I know when the product was made?
Each product has a batch number on the bottom of the package. This code tells you exactly when it was crafted and bottled in our lab.
Are the products vegan?
Yes. All DIMORA products are 100% vegan. We never use animal-derived ingredients. All products contain the VeganOK BIODIZINARIO approved certification.
Are the products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We never test on animals and do not work with suppliers or markets that require animal testing. All products contain the VeganOK BIODIZINARIO approved certification.

How do I choose between the essential and full routine set?
The Essential Set includes the foundational steps, cleanse, treat, and moisturize. With carefully selected formulas that support a simplified routine for both day and night.
The Full Routine offers a complete, step-by-step regimen with dedicated products for each moment of the day. The evening formulas differ from those in the Essential Set, introducing additional actives to support skin health on multiple levels. Depending on your skin condition and goals, this can lead to more targeted and effective results.
Choosing the right set depends on your skin’s needs and how in-depth you want your routine to be. Both are thoughtfully designed to deliver visible benefits.

How do I know the products are properly tested?
Each formula is developed by our in-house dermocosmetic specialist Irene Garcie Ramos. And tested in a certified external lab for stability, safety, and skin compatibility.
What does the number of botanical ingredients tell me?
It reflects the richness of the formula. Each botanical is carefully chosen for its effect on the skin.
Why are there more ingredients on the label than in the product description?
The product description highlights the key ingredients with the most impact. The full ingredient list (INCI) on the label includes all components, including functional or preservation ingredients.
Why are some products part of multiple routines?
Skin health is complex. Some formulas are designed to support different needs. Such as hydration, barrier repair, or calming. Making them valuable across routines.
Why do Dimora products smell different from most skincare?
Because we don’t add perfumes or masking agents. What you smell is the true character of our ingredients. The scent comes from the plants themselves. Hydrosols, botanical extracts, and essential oils naturally lend their aroma.
Do Dimora products contain added fragrance or colour?
No. We never use synthetic fragrance or dyes. The colour and scent of each product come purely from its ingredients.
Why do the scent and colour vary slightly between batches?
Our wild, hand-harvested botanicals are shaped by season, rainfall, and sunlight. We embrace these subtle variations. They are a mark of authenticity. Not inconsistency.
