Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, and you’ll receive a Track & Trace link from DHL as soon as your package is on its way.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at info@dimora.skin within the 14-day window. Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll refund your payment.

C2: Breng aan op een vochtige huid, masseer zachtjes en spoel af met warm water.
S4: Breng 3–4 druppels aan op een schone, droge huid en dep zacht in. Olijfblad en rozenhydrolaat verhelderen en houden vocht vast.
F2: Dep zachtjes rond de ogen. Groene thee en peptiden verminderen zwelling en verzachten fijne lijntjes.
F5: Masseer na het serum in op gezicht en hals. Hibiscusbloem-infusie en sheaboter hydrateren intens.
C2: Reinig zoals in de ochtend om onzuiverheden te verwijderen.
S4: Breng na het reinigen opnieuw 3–4 druppels aan om het nachtelijk herstel te ondersteunen met vitamine C en zoethoutferment.

Once opened, each product is best used within 12 months. Unopened, the shelf life is typically 18 months. You’ll find the symbol on the label for easy reference.
How do I know when the product was made?
Each product has a batch number on the bottom of the package. This code tells you exactly when it was crafted and bottled in our lab.
Are the products vegan?
Yes. All DIMORA products are 100% vegan. We never use animal-derived ingredients. All products contain the VeganOK BIODIZINARIO approved certification.
Are the products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We never test on animals and do not work with suppliers or markets that require animal testing. All products contain the VeganOK BIODIZINARIO approved certification.
Are all the ingredients of natural origin?
Nearly all of our products contain over 90% natural ingredients. Some ingredients are not 100% natural. But always carefully chosen. We use a small percentage of safe, nature-derived or nature-identical substances like preservatives or emulsifiers. To ensure stability, safety, and performance. How do I choose between the Essential and Full routine set?

The Full Routine offers a complete, step-by-step regimen with dedicated products for each moment of the day. The evening formulas differ from those in the Essential Set, introducing additional actives to support skin health on multiple levels.
