Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, and you’ll receive a Track & Trace link from DHL as soon as your package is on its way.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging.

C2: Breng aan op een vochtige huid, masseer zachtjes en spoel af met warm water. Wilde melisse en vlierbes reinigen terwijl ze de huid zacht houden.
C3: Breng aan met een wattenschijfje of met de handen. Lavendel- en rozenhydrolaat kalmeren en bereiden de huid voor op het serum.
S2: Breng 3–4 druppels aan op gereinigde huid en dep zacht in. Helichrysum en azelaïnezuur verzachten roodheid en ondersteunen het herstel van de huidbarrière.
F2: Dep zachtjes rond de ogen. Groene thee en peptiden verminderen zwelling en verzachten fijne lijntjes.
F4: Masseer in op gezicht en hals. Aloë vera en calendula hydrateren en beschermen de gevoelige huid.
C2: Gebruik zoals in de ochtend om onzuiverheden te verwijderen.
C3: Breng aan zoals in de ochtend om te balanceren en te kalmeren.

What is the shelf life of the product?
Once opened, each product is best used within 12 months. Unopened, the shelf life is typically 18 months. You’ll find the symbol on the label for easy reference.
How do I know when the product was made?
Each product has a batch number on the bottom of the package. This code tells you exactly when it was crafted and bottled in our lab.

Are all the ingredients of natural origin?
Nearly all of our products contain over 90% natural ingredients. Some ingredients are not 100% natural. But always carefully chosen. We use a small percentage of safe, nature-derived or nature-identical substances like preservatives or emulsifiers. To ensure stability, safety, and performance.
