Once opened, use the product within 18 months for optimal quality and safety.
Shipping & returns
Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, and you’ll receive a Track & Trace link from DHL as soon as your package is on its way.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at info@dimora.skin within the 14-day window. Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll refund your payment.

C1: Breng aan op een vochtig gezicht, masseer zachtjes en spoel af met warm water. Wilde tijm en meidoorn verwijderen onzuiverheden en overtollig talg, en laten de huid fris en schoon aanvoelen.
S1: Breng 2–3 druppels aan op een gereinigd gezicht en dep zacht in. Wilde citronella en azelaïnezuur helpen onzuiverheden te verminderen en reguleren de talgproductie.
F3: Masseer na het serum in op gezicht en hals. Citroenmelisse en lavendel hydrateren en zorgen voor een heldere, matte finish.
C1: Reinig zoals in de ochtendroutine om dagelijkse onzuiverheden en talgophoping te verwijderen.
S3: Breng 3–4 druppels aan en dep zacht in. Mimosa-hydrolaat en zoethoutferment kalmeren ontstekingen en ondersteunen huidherstel gedurende de nacht.
F3: Breng aan op gezicht en hals om hydratatie vast te houden en de huid in balans te houden tijdens de slaap.

Keep your product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Close the lid tightly after each use to protect its natural actives.
What is the shelf life of the product?
Once opened, each product is best used within 12 months. Unopened, the shelf life is typically 18 months. You’ll find the symbol on the label for easy reference.
How do I know when the product was made?
Each product has a batch number on the bottom of the package. This code tells you exactly when it was crafted and bottled in our lab.
Are the products vegan?
Yes. All DIMORA products are 100% vegan. We never use animal-derived ingredients. All products contain the VeganOK BIODIZINARIO approved certification.
Are the products cruelty-free?
Absolutely. We never test on animals and do not work with suppliers or markets that require animal testing. All products contain the VeganOK BIODIZINARIO approved certification.
Are all the ingredients of natural origin?
Nearly all of our products contain over 90% natural ingredients. Some ingredients are not 100% natural. But always carefully chosen. We use a small percentage of safe, nature-derived or nature-identical substances like preservatives or emulsifiers. To ensure stability, safety, and performance. Every ingredient meets the strict standards set by bodies such as ECOCERT and COSMOS, and supports our promise: clean, effective, and respectful to skin and nature.
How do I choose between the Essential and Full routine set?
The Essential Set includes the foundational steps, cleanse, treat, and moisturize. With carefully selected formulas that support a simplified routine for both day and night.
The Full Routine offers a complete, step-by-step regimen with dedicated products for each moment of the day. The evening formulas differ from those in the Essential Set, introducing additional actives to support skin health on multiple levels. Depending on your skin condition and goals, this can lead to more targeted and effective results.
