Delivery typically takes 1–3 working days, and you’ll receive a Track & Trace link from DHL as soon as your package is on its way.
You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order. For hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused products in their original packaging.
If you’d like to return an item, please contact us at info@dimora.skin within the 14-day window. Once we’ve received and inspected the return, we’ll refund your payment.

how to use
Step 1
Bevochtig je gezicht voorzichtig met lauwwarm water. Breng een kleine hoeveelheid van de reiniger aan op je handen en verwarm deze lichtjes tussen je vingertoppen.
Step 2
Masseer de gezichtsreiniger met lichte, cirkelvormige bewegingen in je huid, gericht op de plekken waar deze droog of gevoelig aanvoelt. Laat de romige textuur je huid troosten en voeden.
Step 3
Spoel grondig af met lauwwarm water. Dep droog met een zachte handdoek. Niet wrijven. Volg met toner of gezichtscrème om vocht vast te houden en te kalmeren.

How should I store the product?
Keep your product in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat. Close the lid tightly after each use to protect its natural actives.
What is the shelf life of the product?
Once opened, each product is best used within 12 months. Unopened, the shelf life is typically 18 months. You’ll find the symbol on the label for easy reference.
How do I know when the product was made?
Each product has a batch number on the bottom of the package. This code tells you exactly when it was crafted and bottled in our lab.
Are the products vegan?
Yes. All DIMORA products are 100% vegan. We never use animal-derived ingredients. All products contain the VeganOK BIODIZINARIO approved certification.
Are the products cruelty-free?

How do I choose between the essential and full routine set?
The Essential Set includes the foundational steps, cleanse, treat, and moisturize. With carefully selected formulas that support a simplified routine for both day and night.
The Full Routine offers a complete, step-by-step regimen with dedicated products for each moment of the day. The evening formulas differ from those in the Essential Set, introducing additional actives to support skin health on multiple levels. Depending on your skin condition and goals, this can lead to more targeted and effective results.
Choosing the right set depends on your skin’s needs and how in-depth you want your routine to be. Both are thoughtfully designed to deliver visible benefits.

How do I know the products are properly tested?
Each formula is developed by our in-house dermocosmetic specialist Irene Garcie Ramos. And tested in a certified external lab for stability, safety, and skin compatibility.
What does the number of botanical ingredients tell me?
It reflects the richness of the formula. Each botanical is carefully chosen for its effect on the skin.
Why are there more ingredients on the label than in the product description?
The product description highlights the key ingredients with the most impact. The full ingredient list (INCI) on the label includes all components, including functional or preservation ingredients.
Why are some products part of multiple routines?
Skin health is complex. Some formulas are designed to support different needs. Such as hydration, barrier repair, or calming. Making them valuable across routines.
Why do Dimora products smell different from most skincare?
Because we don’t add perfumes or masking agents. What you smell is the true character of our ingredients. The scent comes from the plants themselves. Hydrosols, botanical extracts, and essential oils naturally lend their aroma.
Do Dimora products contain added fragrance or colour?
No. We never use synthetic fragrance or dyes. The colour and scent of each product come purely from its ingredients.
Why do the scent and colour vary slightly between batches?
Our wild, hand-harvested botanicals are shaped by season, rainfall, and sunlight. We embrace these subtle variations. They are a mark of authenticity. Not inconsistency.

I’ve been using the DIMORA skincare routine for a while now, including the C2 Comfort Cleanser, and I’ve noticed a real difference. My skin used to be quite dry and slightly red, especially after cleansing. Many cleansers left my skin feeling tight and uncomfortable. With the C2, it’s different. After cleansing, my skin feels soft, calm, and comfortable. There’s no tight or “squeaky clean” feeling anymore. What I also really appreciate is that everything is produced locally and vegan. That’s a big added value for me and makes me feel even better about the products I’m using.
